- What if I don't like the product that I have ordered?
That’s fine! Send us an email and we’ll work with you to make it right.
- Can I edit/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the order until it is shipped! We aim to ship orders the next day after it was placed - so the sooner you contact us the better and no later than 12 hours after the transaction. If the cost of the order has changed, then we will charge you or refund you with the cost difference.
- How long does it take to receive my refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after you ship the returned product to us.
- Where else can I buy your stuff?
If you are in Luxembourg, ask about our products in the Bijan's BMX shop. We also come with our products to local BMX and scooter jams. Write us on Instagram and let's catch up on one of the sporting events. Online our products are available on this website and across Amazon (amazon.de, amazon.fr, amazon.it, amazon.es, amazon.nl), In 2021 we also plan to launch our selection on Zalando. - How fast can you ship my order?
Normally we ship your product the next day after you have placed the order, so you can enjoy it as soon as possible. You should receive an email with a confirmation that shipment has been dispatched and with a tracking number. If you’re having trouble finding your order confirmation email - check the 'spam' folder in your mailbox, and feel free to reach out on live chat or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- When do I get my product?
As soon as we ship the product to you - you receive an email with shipment confirmation and a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the website of the shipping provider to check what is the progress of the delivery. Depending on your location - our parcells are arriving within 6-14 working days.
- How much do I pay for shipping?
Your shipping costs are specified as a separate item during the checkout. Add all items to the basket, proceed to checkout and your shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the top of the product costs.
- Do you send your products to my country?
Currently we ship our products to mainland Europe and Ireland. In future we plan to expend the list of countries that we work with (including UK, Cyprus, Malta, Russia and USA), so stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter.
- What if my product is sold out?
We hate it too, but this happens sometimes. Sign up to the newsletter and you will be the first one to know as soon as the product is back.
- Can I order a bulk for the whole team?

- Can I wash my gloves?
Yes, big times! Our gloves are washing machine- and dryer-friendly. It is normal that gloves get dirty, especially if you are a heavy rider. Or a coffee lover that gets into accidents. Or an artist. Our gloves do feel like a second skin, so you can easily forget you are wearing them and besmear them with something. Also considering covid-19 it is good to wash your bike gloves frequently!
Just put them to the washing machine with similar clothing, and set a temperature below 45 C/113 F. Gloves cannot handle bleach well, so don't bleach them - they will loose color and quality of the threads will go down.
